Peruvian-born creative/art director, brand designer and illustrator Hernán Valencia, thriving in NorCal, dives deep into research and visual exploration to create impactful brand identities, stunning music poster designs and editorial imagery. While at Google, he championed inclusive and accessible brand marketing and developed identities built on culture, connection and craft.

In his career as an illustrator, he worked with clients in the music and entertainment industries, as well as editorial layout work for several publications and weekly magazines. His work has been featured in the Society of Illustrators Los Angeles annual, the Society of Illustrators New York Annual, World Illustration Awards short list exhibition, exhibited in galleries across the states and mentioned in several industry blogs.
He speaks Spanish and thinks he can speak French. He's never met a Negroni he didn't like.
